We also had Fall Festival at Marissa's school, God's Gang Choir Practice and Pumpkin Carving at our local community park. Marissa wanted to make a scary face pumpkin and Brody wanted to make a happy face pumpkin. One big difference from MN to FL is the pumpkins are already starting to mold...apparently the heat is already getting to them.
Marissa's hard work paid off by getting on the Honor Roll with her report card grades! So proud of my hard worker!
Yesterday, we got BOO'ed! Our neighborhood is so fun and the kids are loving it! It's still a mystery as to who BOO'ed us but they left two Halloween baskets full of fun treats and some instructions on how to BOO another neighbor. The kids are having fun trying to surprise another few friends in our neighborhood.
Brody had his Halloween Party at school and Costume Parade yesterday! They got to go trick or treating at school and make a spider treat to eat for snack! He loved it!
Last night instead of Awana they had X Fest. The kids invited our next door neighbors to join us and the kids had so much fun! They got to wear the costumes and go trick or treating and ride carnival rides. These 4 are becoming such good friends and we are thankful for them!
The kids are super excited for Halloween weekend and I have to admit I'm looking forward to it too! More pictures to come for sure! Happy Halloween!
