Happy Fathers Day 2021
Wishing my hubby a very Happy Fathers Day! We went to brunch at TPC Sawgrass and went to see the movie Cruella! It's been a few years since I've been to the theatre but it felt great to get back to it!
We've had another busy few weeks. The kids wrapped up the school year. Marissa went to her 8th grade party and we spent the weekend at Universal. We went to Volcano Bay for the first time. That was really fun and the perfect hot/humid day to try it out.
The kids are anxiously awaiting their trip to Minnesota. We're in the middle of switching rooms for Marissa. She'll be taking the upstairs bedroom again. We've been busy painting and getting everything ready to switch. Here's a few photos from the last few weeks!

8th Grade Graduation
Wishing my Marissa a very Happy 8th Grade Graduation! Unfortunately, we weren't not allowed to attend due to COVID restrictions. She looked beautiful and so grown up! On to high school!

May 2021
It's almost summer break and since the kids started 3 weeks late this school year they have to go to school until June 10th! It's going to be a short summer for them! Marissa is almost done with middle school and next year she will be our high school freshman. I can't really think about it too much because this mama will start to cry. I'm really starting to feel the pressure of my baby girl will be on her own in just a few short years so I want to try to soak up every moment we have left.
The month of May flies by every year with loads of activities. Marissa had her last band concert which was bittersweet since she's not doing band next year. Memorial Day weekend came and went but it was such a fun weekend. We took the kids to Autobahn to drive go karts. Everyone had a great time and it was fun to see how well the kids did at driving.
Tony & I snuck away and went to Orlando overnight to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary. We spent the day at Blizzard Beach in the lazy river just relaxing. We went to Disney Springs on Saturday night and renewed our annual Disney passes. We ate at the Boathouse and enjoyed some time together. We went to Hollywood Studios on Sunday just the 2 of us. We've never gone to Disney alone so it was a fun little getaway. On Monday, we rented a boat and took the family fishing and swimming. It was a fabulous day!
I'll leave you with some pictures of the last few weeks! I'm sure the summer will fly by without me posting much but I guess that means we are having too much fun to take the time to sit down and write about it!
